杨涛 悉尼 利物浦医院 Recently I have been calling this villous adenoma with intramucosal carcinoma (instead of high grade dysphasia), although I know the name is still in debate. It is not an invasive adenocarcinoma as you will need invasion into submucosa to qualify it in colorectum.

I thought they were single cells and small clusters outside of the mucosa. Anyway I will be a lot more confident if looking at the microscope rather than the pic.
