Dx: Clear cell variant of atypical fibroxanthoma. Patient was an adult (80s) with a cutaneous tumor in the head and neck area. P63, CK (AE1-AE3) and Sox10/S100 were negative. In a typical clinicopathological setting those are all the markers you need to perform to diagnose AFX.
