女性，49岁。发现右侧乳腺包块1月。查体见包块位于外上象限，无压痛，表面光滑，活动可，边界清楚。超声考虑纤维腺瘤。术中见包块位于皮下脂肪下方，有包膜，约1*2cm大小。送检灰白色不整组织一堆，共大小1*1*0.2cm。全埋

应该是乳头状瘤，papillary lesion, papilloma, 看前面那些照片应该是良性的，不过如果比较大，一般都要写上建议全部切除做彻底检查。

@吴美仙 禄丰县人民医院 location! Location! Location! The lesion is in the subcutaneous tissue (clinically you were told) and benign breast tissue around it. This tells you that the lesion is in the breast, not in the dermis where you usually see for syringoma and hidradenoma. With this location plus papilloma morphology, you can convince yourself about the diagnosis of papilloma.
