@海鸥 the tubal case is very interesting. Certainly it is not tubal papillary hyperplasia. By the way, the concept of tubal papillary hyperplasia as a precursor for borderline tumor is erroneous. That was a pure assumption without any supporting evidence. Considering your this case, the resolution is too low to be clearly seen. Can you take good pictures, then place them in a ppt and send to me through email? I will try to give you my best interpretation. Thanks.

Dr. Annie Cheung from Hongkong once reported psuedocarcinomatpus hyperplasia of the Fallopian tube in 1980s, which is commonly seen in cases with extensive inflammation including TB infection. Do you have a good evidence of TB infection for this case. It is currently very rare anyway.
