牙龈，短梭形细胞地图状排列，肉瘤样癌？上皮样肉瘤？恶黑？

TLE1阴性。AE1/AE3阴性
黑色素细胞标记阴性
B-catenin阴
panCK, S100, CD34, Desmin were negative. SMA was very focally positive.

Final Dx: Solitary Fibrous Tumor. This was a tricky CD34—case (10% of SFTs). Tumor had an odd solid architecture and lacked staghorn vessels. I have a low threshold for performing STAT6 in odd looking tumors, particularly if located in the Head and Neck area.
I was not sure of the DX based on morphology alone so the following panel was performed: SMA, Desmin, S100, CD34, Pancytokeratin (AE1-AE3) and STAT6. As I mentioned in a previous tweet, I add STAT6 when morphology is odd and puzzling, particularly if in the head and neck region
