INTRODUCTION（ProSpec）:
Yellow fever virus is a part of Flaviviridaeis virus family. Yellow Fever Virusis a 40–50nm enveloped RNA virus, transmitted by mosquitoe. Recombinant yellow fever virus protein is derived from its envelope domain III.
DESCRIPTION（ProSpec）:
Recombinant Yellow Fever Virus produced in E. coli migrates at 12kDa.
Recombinant Yellow Fever Virus is fused to a 6xHis tag at its C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
SOURCE（ProSpec）:Escherichia Coli.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:Sterile Filtered clear solution.
FORMULATION（ProSpec）:
Recombinant Yellow Fever Virus protein solution contains 50mM potassium phosphate buffer.
STABILITY:
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks.
Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
PURITY（ProSpec）:
Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
